Gloat, a leading platform for internal talent marketplaces, asked us to bring their vision to life through a fully developed storyboard and visual language. With creative freedom from the start, we explored the concept, refined the story, and crafted a distinctive style.

All on-screen elements were created in vector format with gradients, giving us flexibility in After Effects to experiment with textures, lighting, and shadows while keeping the files efficient. The animatic stage allowed us to fine-tune pacing and composition, ensuring every scene hit its mark.

The final result combines polished design, thoughtful motion, and clear storytelling — a perfect example of how animation can elevate a concept and bring it to life.
