For the eighth consecutive year, Clube da Criatividade de Portugal (CCP) hosted Portfolio Night Lisbon, bringing together creative directors from leading Portuguese agencies and studios with emerging talent from across the creative industries. The event gave participants the opportunity to showcase their portfolios and receive valuable feedback from some of the country's most experienced creative professionals.
This year's overall winner was Beatriz Almeida, Art Director at Fuel, whose portfolio stood out among the work presented throughout the evening. A talent to watch.
Organised globally by New York-based The One Club for Creativity, Portfolio Night took place in 27 cities throughout October this year. The initiative has established itself as an important meeting point for emerging talent and industry professionals, creating opportunities for learning, knowledge-sharing and direct contact with potential employers.
The Lisbon edition brought together 37 creative talents, who had the opportunity to present their portfolios to experienced industry professionals, receive expert feedback and showcase their work to some of the leading names in Portugal's creative industry.
The vote to select the evening's top portfolio was moderated by Mário Mandacaru, Co-founder and Creative Partner at A EQUIPA and former CCP President. Beatriz Almeida was named Lisbon's All-Star and will go on to represent Portugal in the international online competition alongside the winners from the other participating cities.
She will also join a team of three to four All-Stars from different cities around the world to work on a real-life brand brief. The winning team will be invited to attend New York's Creative Week in May 2027, where they will take part in a week of events, workshops, networking and recruitment opportunities.

For the first time, a shortlist of four additional participants was announced ahead of the winner's reveal: Martin Stanilov (o escritório), Pedro Chula (Fuel), Sebastião Ogando (freelancer) and Gonçalo Oliveira (BBDO).
Beatriz Almeida is the first woman to win Portfolio Night Lisbon as an individual. Her portfolio stood out for bringing together strong everyday agency work and personal projects with real-world visibility and market relevance.
As Mário Mandacaru explained when announcing the winner, she demonstrated “good day-to-day work, but also strong personal work, with those personal projects making their way out into the world and proving relevant to the market”.
He also highlighted her craft, ideas, enthusiasm, creativity and sensitive eye, as well as her ability to seek out genuine insights.

ETIC provided the setting for an evening defined not only by the quality and diversity of the portfolios presented, but also by the collaborative spirit of an industry committed to supporting, mentoring and encouraging the next generation of creative professionals.
