BEATRIZ PINTO
Art Director, Uzina
I am Beatriz and since I was a kid I took the “You can be anything you want…” a bit too far, I am Art Director, currently working at Uzina, Lisbon, but I also do my clothes, own a small shop, surf, write not so good poetry, Dj for friends, play tennis, do yoga, and create critical design pieces, on my free time (which is a lot…) love to do young creative competitions, earning me some recognition in Eurobest, CCP, and young lions Portugal.
I am only addicted to 3 things in life: Learning which made me go to another country to study at Elisava, Barcelona and graduate last year from Miami Ad School, Brazil. Addicted to advertising, which has made me do cool work, and my mom is so proud that she did a Facebook post about it. And extremely addicted to sparkling water... I have visited their factory a couple of times… seriously thinking of joining a support group.
CAROLINA CUNHA
Copywriter, Uzina
My name is Carolina Costa Cunha. Yes, Triple C, or as I like to call it, the best wrestler name you will ever hear. Although I missed my big break in the WWE, I did Judo and Ballet, but only competitive dancing fascinated me.
I was a class representative, but make no mistake, i was a cool one. I studied communications and did a postgraduate course in branding and content marketing, but I owe the projects in my current portfolio to the Miami Ad School Brazil.
In 2020, I started at Uzina as a project manager for brands like IKEA, SANTANDER, THERMOMIX, and JAMESON, but has I got bored with Excel spreadsheets and organizing folders, I became a copywriter for brands like IKEA, ALDI, NESPRESSO, MIMOSA, and SAMSUNG.
I like to surf, but only in the summer because I got cold feet all the time.
I have a strange addiction to pens and although I've only been working in this field for one year, I've already written award-winning campaigns and got shortlisted at CCP, Young Lions Portugal, and Eurobest 2023.
