Depois de revelar os vencedores de 2022, Gerety Awards anuncia a Agência, Network, Agência Independente e Empresa Holding do ano. No total, o júri dos Gerety 2022 atribuiu 5 Grand Prix, 34 Ouros, 58 Pratas, 77 Bronzes, ficando 139 entradas em shortlist.

72andSunny foi a agência mais premiada, com 2 ouros, 2 Pratas, 4 Bronzes e 6 nomeações para a shortlist pelo seu trabalho com National Football League, Call of Duty, The Flow Initiative, Adobe e Tinder. Este prémio máximo é obtido pela pontuação mais alta combinada de todos os trabalhos vencedores, calculada a partir de todos os pontos recolhidos pelas suas networks e agências. Dois ouros uma prata para The Wish for Penny, um Bronze para #NotComingHome com a Newtown Action Alliance, shortlist para MINImalism, MINI, e uma shortlist para o Xbox Equality Controller que rendeu à Serviceplan Germany o título de Agência Independente do Ano.
