We’re looking for a Production & Studio Operations Manager - a proactive, detail-driven multitasker who can keep our projects and studio running smoothly.

You’ll be the central link between artists, clients, and operations: managing schedules, organizing deliveries, coordinating freelancers, handling NDAs, invoices, and keeping our small studio efficient and organized.

We value attention to detail, focus, and clear communication.
A good level of English and experience in VFX or post-production are key.

This position will start as a freelance collaboration, with the intention of transitioning to a full-time role as the studio grows.
Ideally on-site in Leça da Palmeira, with flexibility for some remote days.
