Paul é o fundador e diretor criativo da Interesting Development, vencedora do prémio Ad Age 2019 Small Agency of the Year. Como um dos mais reconhecidos e premiados criativos do setor publicitário, o trabalho de Paul foi parodiado no programa Saturday Night Live, elogiado por Al Gore, tema de conversa na CNN e exibido no Smithsonian e no Museu de Arte Moderna de Nova Iorque. Podemos destacar campanhas memoráveis como "Whopper Freakout" e "Help I Want to Save a Life", ambas presentes no livro da editora Taschen, "GameChangers", sobre o trabalho que redefiniu a publicidade. Antes de fundar a Interesting Development, Paul liderou a Goodby Silverstein and Partners NY.

 Fora do mundo da publicidade, Paul tem uma parceria limitada numa empresa de capitais de risco em fase de arranque, sendo também consultor e investidor em diversas startups. Uma curta metragem escrita com a colaboração de Paul foi escolhida para a seleção oficial do Sundance Film Festival, tendo produzido recentemente uma instalação de arte para o Walker Art Center, em Minneapolis, juntamente com o designer de som Joseph Fraioli.

One of the most recognized and awarded creatives in the advertising industry, Paul's work has been parodied on Saturday Night Live, praised by Al Gore, debated on CNN, and put on display in both The Smithsonian and The Museum of Modern Art. Memorable campaigns include "Whopper Freakout" and "Help I Want to Save a Life" both featured in the Taschen book "GameChangers" about the work that has redefined advertising. Before founding Interesting Development, Paul ran Goodby Silverstein and Partners NY. 

Outside of advertising Paul is a limited partner at an early stage venture capital firm, and an advisor and investor to numerous startups. A short Paul co-wrote was chosen as an official selection at the Sundance Film Festival, and he recently produced an art installation for The Walker Art Center in Minneapolis with sound designer Joseph Fraioli.
